Some people get sleeping while lying down, but some people have difficulty sleeping early every night. Although many research has said that it is very necessary to take 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night, but most people are those who sleep less than this. There are several ways in which this problem can be reduced with the help of this.

If you are an adult then you need to take a sleep around 7:30 and 8 hours daily. Children (5 years and above) and adolescents need to take eight to 11 hours, i.e. more sleep than adults at this age.

Do not consume anything related to caffeine such as tea and coffee on the night before sleeping. If you are trying to sleep early at night, stay away from caffeine products and nicotine. Their effect remains for several hours and even if you want to sleep, you can not sleep because of them. Also, before sleeping, you should not drink alcohol because it comes to sleep, but this sleep is not good and deep.
Your dinner should be completed 2-3 hours before sleeping. If you eat more than a few minutes before sleeping then you will have difficulty in sleeping and you will stay awake all night.

Do some things before sleeping at night, which will make you sleep easily. Read books like, take a bath, listen to the songs that fix the mood. Apart from this, your bed, mattress etc. should be comfortable so that there is no shortage of sleep in the night.
